Alert: A brief cue is delivered to a notifier (e.g., ePaper wristband or AI glasses).
Detail: A care team member pulls an ePaper sheet at the nearest station to view full details.
Lifecycle control: Content can be policy-controlled (including location enforcement) and auto-erased after use to enable secure reuse.
Security posture: Auditable access (who viewed what, when), tamper-resistant technologies, and cryptographic integrity for retention periods extending into the post-quantum era.

What makes ePaper practical here

One ePaper sheet can support ~750K updates over its service life (~4.3 years at ~one refresh every 3 minutes), enabling both paper replacement and dynamic updates (refresh without reprinting).
